You will need to go in your Organisation Profile (click on the little cog next to your name on your screen’s top right corner). Under the Forms tab you will find your organisation’s Management and Recruitment forms, which you can copy and paste to the backend of your website.

You may need to send this piece of code to another user who is in charge of managing your website.
